YardNine appoints Jonathan Ring to support delivery of central London projects
YardNine has appointed Jonathan Ring as Development Director in its London-based team. Drawing on more than 20 years’ experience delivering large-scale, complex mixed-use developments in central London, Jonathan will work closely with YardNine’s partners to help deliver the landmark 1 St James’s Square development, as well as other projects across the capital.
Jonathan joins YardNine from Sellar, where, as Chief Development Officer, he led the development of Stirling Prize-shortlisted Paddington Square and the redevelopment of 60 Gracechurch Street. Prior to this, he was Head of Oversite Development at Crossrail, responsible for the delivery of 3.5 million sq ft of office, retail and residential space above central London stations.
Across his career, Jonathan has worked with international investors and multiple stakeholders to deliver several major projects valued at more than £500 million.

YardNine is currently delivering a number of other projects across central London, including the redevelopment of 50 Fenchurch Street in partnership with BNP Paribas Asset Management and the repositioning of 70 Fenchurch Street with Henderson Park. Its portfolio of completed projects includes 100 Fetter Lane, 80 Fenchurch Street and 40 & 50 Eastbourne Terrace.
