Maxwell established YardNine with Campbell having worked with him for over 12 years at Exemplar. Throughout his career Maxwell has focused on complex urban development projects seeking to challenge the norm to deliver exceptional real estate. Maxwell has completed numerous developments in Central London. Highlights include the London Fruit & Wool Exchange in Spitalfields and two developments on Regent Street with The Crown Estate. As a former board member at Exemplar Properties, Maxwell sourced, negotiated and developed over £750 million of real estate. Before that, he worked at Drivers Jonas and Countryside. Outside YardNine, Maxwell is a voluntary Trustee of the Bishopsgate Institute.

Mark Younger

Mark has worked with Maxwell and Campbell for over 12 years. He has a wealth of real estate experience having developed a number of highly successful urban developments in recent years. These include – extensive refurbishments such as Milton Gate, EC2; new-build office projects such as Drapers Gardens, EC2, and One Bedford Avenue, W1; and mixed use developments such as Fitzroy Place, W1, and 5&6 St James’s Square, SW1. Prior to joining YardNine, Mark was a Director at Exemplar where he spent 13 years. He previously worked at MEPC, where he specialised in the development and asset management of out-of-town office space, and British Land, where he was involved with mixed-use, office and distribution projects. Outside YardNine, Mark sits on an advisory Board to the Duchy of Lancaster.

Campbell MacDougall

Campbell established YardNine with Maxwell. He is responsible for YardNine’s procurement and leads the company’s environmental and sustainability initiatives. He has strong relationships with the best consultants and focuses on reducing risk through the various stages of the development process. He understands that every project is unique and knows that assembling the right team is critical to a scheme’s success. Over his career, Campbell has completed projects with a construction value of over £1 billion. His portfolio highlights include the £250 million redevelopment at Fitzroy Place. Prior to starting YardNine, Campbell was a Director at Exemplar and before that a main Board Director at Watts.

Moira Creighton

Moira Creighton

Moira leads on all aspects of company accounting and project finance. She is part of the close-knit senior team at YardNine, having worked directly with the founders for the last 12 years. Moira was instrumental in procuring the development funding of YardNine’s 80 Fenchurch Street project, running both day-to-day finance and asset ownership. With 20 years of real estate experience, Moira’s talents cover all aspects of accounting, financial and tax matters. Prior to joining YardNine, Moira worked for Exemplar and Merivale Moore plc.

Niko Michalakis

Niko has more than 15 years experience in the central London office sector. He joined YardNine from Gardiner & Theobald where he was a part of the Cost Management and then Project Management teams for more than 5 years. Prior to this, he spent nearly 10 years at Overbury as a Project Surveyor. Niko has extensive experience in construction procurement, an eye for detail and adopts a collaborative approach with all project stakeholders. Niko has been involved in more than 1.3m sqft of office projects along with projects in other sectors such as industrial, hospitality and leisure. Project highlights include, Heathrow’s Terminal 5 and the repositioning of The Ark in Hammersmith.

George Grace

George Grace

George has nearly 10 years’ experience in London’s Prime Property Sector. Prior to YardNine he was a Development Manager at Native Land where he laterly focused on their office-led developments.
George has collaborated with some of London’s leading designers, planners, marketeers, funders and landed estates, notably at OneThreeSix, now the ‘Smart Building’, further to a successful pre-let to Smart Pension during the pandemic.
George started his career as a graduate at Savills and is a Chartered Surveyor with an MSc in Planning and Development.

Sam Palk

Prior to joining YardNine Sam worked within the Development and Investment Capital Markets teams at Lendlease. Sam specialises in complex multi asset development in London, the wider UK and Europe, with a focus on development finance and investment. Project highlights include the successful close of Birmingham Smithfield, Silvertown Quays and Thamesmead Waterfront with a combined GDV in excess of £10bn.

Charlotte Parkinson

Charlotte Parkinson

Charlotte joined in August 2023 to provide further administrative support to YardNine, having assisted executive leaders and directors for over 3 years. Her attention to detail is second to none, and she handles every task efficiently and with great accuracy. When not working, Charlotte enjoys playing in different music groups and walking in the Yorkshire/English countryside.

Alexandra Bradshaw

Alexandra Bradshaw

Alex joined YardNine in October 2018 and brings more than 16 years of experience providing efficient senior-level support, event planning and office management. She has worked with the senior team of YardNine for more than eleven years. In her spare time Alex spends most of her time in the great outdoors with her two young boys.
