40 Eastbourne Terrace is an existing 82,000 sqft 1960’s office building which sits opposite the new entrance to the Elizabeth Line.  It was vacated in the spring of 2021 by McDermott’s.

 

The asset was acquired in July 2018 and planning consent for a 366 mid-market hotel was secured in November 2019.  The scheme has subsequently been pre-let to Whitbread for a combined Premier Inn and hub by Premier Inn.  Soft strip has been completed and the hotel is due to open in mid 2023.
