Richmond Riverside was acquired in September 2008 with JP Morgan. Located in the heart of Richmond, with frontage to the River Thames, the mixed-use investment provides high quality, office, retail, leisure and residential accommodation totalling approximately 158,000 sq ft.
Richmond Riverside is a true mixed-use scheme comprising office, retail, residential and leisure space. Underlying the asset was income from a diverse range of tenants – albeit there were opportunities to enhance the performance of the asset by the active management of rent reviews, lease re-gears, estate management and a rolling refurbishment programme.
Regular focus meetings with occupiers ensured our team developed a deep understanding of their needs and acting on these ensured loyalties toward the scheme and implementation of a successful asset management strategy.
