Recognised by the NLA as ‘setting new benchmarks in sustainability, placemaking and user experience, Edenica is a development that integrates innovative environmental strategies, generous volumes to enhance wellbeing, landscaped terraces, and vibrant public spaces. As the first building in the City of London to implement material passports, it pioneers traceability and reuse, reducing construction waste while celebrating the area’s rich heritage.
