This project brings together a unique opportunity to develop a complete City block and in doing so create a market leading tower scheme with health and well-being, sustainability and technology embedded throughout.

The project is being delivered to the highest environmental standards. It will be 100% electric and Net Zero. It will achieve a BREEAM Outstanding rating and the target is to secure NABERS 5 star status.

All necessary planning consents are in place and works have commenced on site. The project is due for completion in Q1 2028.
