The 50 Fenchurch Street project has moved to the next exciting phase with the commencement of demolition.

Following our acquisition of the site in July 2022 full vacant possession was secured during 2023 enabling the commencement of demolition.  The process will see over 95% of the site materials being recycled through the projects adoption of full ‘Circular Economy’ principles.
