BauMont and YardNine agree first pre-let at Edenica

BauMont Real Estate Capital and YardNine have agreed the pre-let of 12,000 sq ft at Edenica, the 90,000 sq ft Grade A office development at 100 Fetter Lane in the City of London, to specialist litigation firm Boies Schiller Flexner LLP.
